We are looking for a talented game development professional to join our team as a Principal Game Programmer.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team's development efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company. You will develop deeply technical solutions and innovations for our Viking survival co-op game and work closely with our client studio, Iron Gate.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in game development, excellent programming skills, and a proven track record of shipping high-quality titles. You should also be able to mentor junior colleagues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibilities and requirements of this role include:

  • Developing deeply technical solutions and innovations for our Viking survival co-op game
  • Collaborating with other developers to achieve project goals
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Working closely with our client studio, Iron Gate, to develop innovative features and solve complex technical challenges
  • Having at least 10 years of experience in the game industry
  • Holding excellent programming skills
  • Having an exceptional understanding of game engines
  • Having at least 2 shipped titles on either PC or Consoles
