**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our leadership team in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business operations in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, driving growth, profitability, and expansion in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consultancy and/or leadership experience in a start-up environment. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive profitable growth in the region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Nordics
  2. Manage and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business goals
  3. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive expansion
  4. Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from a top international university with a focus on economics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management consultancy or leadership role in a start-up
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish, Danish, and Finnish language skills are a plus
