Every day, our 80,000 dedicated professionals contribute to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting urban areas while minimizing carbon footprints and reducing reliance on automobiles.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with various teams and certified specialists across technical domains. Your responsibilities will include coordinating all safety assurance activities associated with the project, system, or product, in accordance with the safety protocols outlined in the Signaling Safety Instructions. You will conduct product safety evaluations, manage the Hazard Log, review Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM), Cybersecurity, and validation activities from a safety standpoint, among other tasks.
You will specifically focus on defining the safety plan and managing the safety workload and associated timelines.
Key Responsibilities

- Providing estimates for costs and schedules.
- Generating comprehensive documentation.
- Sharing your expertise with colleagues and across departments.
About You
We prioritize enthusiasm and attitude over extensive experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to possess every skill listed. However, we believe the following attributes will contribute to your success and growth in this position:
- A degree in engineering or a strong passion for the field.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety methodologies (CENELEC Standards for Safety or equivalent standards such as AREMA, IEEE).
- Practical experience in safety assurance, particularly within the railway sector or other safety-critical industries (automotive, medical, aerospace, etc.).
- Adaptability and strong time management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and receptiveness to feedback.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A willingness to share knowledge.
- The capacity to see the broader picture and understand how this role contributes to our overall success.
What We Offer
Engage in a transformative career journey – the rail industry is poised for longevity, allowing you to develop new skills and experiences throughout your professional life. You will also enjoy:
- Stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines.
- Meaningful work that makes a tangible impact.
- Collaboration with diverse teams and supportive colleagues.
- Contributions to innovative projects.
- A hybrid working environment.
- The opportunity to steer your career in various directions across functions and countries.
- Investment in your development through award-winning learning programs.
- A competitive and dynamic compensation package that recognizes your performance and potential, along with comprehensive social benefits (life, medical, pension).
- Membership in a dedicated safety team.
You do not need to be a train enthusiast to excel with us. We assure you that when you experience our trains with friends or family, you will feel a sense of pride. If you are ready for this challenge, we look forward to hearing from you.
