Retail Store Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth.

You will lead a team of experienced professionals to ensure a great customer-first experience. This includes analyzing and following up on sales and profit KPIs, overseeing store operations, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs, taking actions to maximize results.
• Team Development:
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your store.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in-store and in line with the area vision.
  • Ensure health & safety, legal, and security issues are handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation.
