As a key member of our Engineering Digital, Manufacturing PLM Simulation team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in PLM processes and collaborating with agile teams to implement, customize, and configure PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide insights for PLM solutions in the manufacturing process.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
  • Design and architect PLM solutions, focusing on Siemens PLM software such as Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and Easy Plan.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to implement, customize, and configure the PLM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with new and existing systems.
  • Provide business analysis expertise in the areas of PLM and Digital Manufacturing.
  • Utilize your business know-how from the automotive industry to drive efficiency and innovation in PLM processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing development processes.
  • Expertise in Siemens PLM software, including Teamcenter, Teamcenter Manufacturing, Active Workspace, and Easy Plan.
  • Experience working in agile teams, with a focus on iterative and collaborative development.
  • Business acumen in the automotive industry, understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in BMIDE for data model customization and configuration within Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
