About the Opportunity

As an IT Enterprise Solutions Architect at Essity, you will play a leading role in shaping the company's digital landscape by defining and implementing technical architectures that drive business growth and innovation.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across multiple domains.

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing architecture solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional who is passionate about technology and eager to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and design of technical architectures for large-scale projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and deployment of solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT development and business analysis in digital markets facing applications
  • Strong knowledge of user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Ability to travel and work in a flexible environment
