Sales Director for Merchant Partnerships

At Edenred Sweden, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our Merchant Sales team. This key role offers the chance to influence our strategic direction and performance while cultivating merchant partnerships in Sweden.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales management, direct B2B sales with a consultative selling approach, and experience driving revenue growth through partnerships.
A strong communicator and negotiator with excellent analytical skills, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of six, setting clear objectives, and managing day-to-day operations.
You will also identify new revenue opportunities, exceed sales targets, and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
We believe that you have an analytical mind, are comfortable using data to inform your decisions, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
