The Sales Force Platform Strategist will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency across our Sales & Marketing Platform. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet our evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to drive business growth and optimization
  • Leverage expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce capabilities to drive platform innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technical solutions

To succeed in this role, you are a strategic thinker who enjoys working with both virtual and co-located teams. You understand how technology supports business goals and can translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Your ability to see the bigger picture while ensuring technical excellence will be key to your success.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator
  • Experience in a multinational manufacturing company, with an understanding of business processes and needs
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
