We're seeking a seasoned Game Director to oversee our next-generation multiplayer game, focusing on delivering a high-quality gaming experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Creative Director and other core team members to define the game's vision, aligning design, technical, graphic, and narrative elements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing game design direction and articulating a clear vision
• Collaborating with interdependent teams to ensure seamless execution
• Supporting game designers in feature development and providing constructive feedback

We require someone with extensive experience in game development, particularly in co-op and multiplayer design, and a strong background in the shooter genre. You will be expected to evolve our production processes, define best practices, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
