About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Umeå, Sweden. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment
  • Receive and process inbound shipments from our central warehouse in Germany
  • Manage return shipments from service vans
  • Perform pick, pack, and ship tasks
  • Monitor and improve delivery performance
  • Drive initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent and 2-5 years' experience in warehousing
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP warehouse transactions
