  • Develop and deliver training and communication materials related to the global job architecture.
  • Lead the annual governance and calibration processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the Group.
  • Support compensation benchmarking process to align our job architecture with external market data.
  • Contribute to CSRD reporting and ensure that the job architecture supports the analysis required related to gender pay gap analysis and the upcoming implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive.
