We are a global company with a presence in China and Sweden, employing an international team of around 5,000+ R&D engineers. Our Swedish subsidiary, Lead Intelligent Equipment (Sweden) AB, was founded in Västerås in 2020.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Swedish subsidiary team to support our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Issuing invoices to customers and tracking collections
- Reviewing incoming invoices and internal workflows
- Collecting, organizing, and filing financial documents
- Communicating with consulting firms for bookkeeping issues
- Communicating with auditors for annual financial reports
- Reviewing tax reports and arranging tax payments
- Communicating with tax consultants for monthly/annual tax reports or with tax authorities for tax issues
- Collecting and staying up-to-date with Sweden's local tax regulations
- Identifying operational management workflow weaknesses and providing suggestions for improvement
- Regular communication with our headquarters
Requirements:
- Systematic training in financial skills
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or audit
- Experience in team leadership is a significant merit
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English
- Good level in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
