Director of Industrialisation and Optimisation

Vipas is hiring a Director of Industrialisation and Optimisation to drive key efficiency and optimisation projects, contributing to the creation of advanced aviation systems.

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the improvement of production processes, focusing on cost reduction and lead time optimisation, as well as optimising industrialisation processes and collaborating with the development department.

• Education/Experience: Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3–7 years of project leadership, preferably in industrialisation or production technology.

• Experience in product development and risk management.
• Familiarity with supplier relationships and communication.
