Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CMO to lead our marketing efforts and develop a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy for a leading FMCG company.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement the global brand and marketing strategy, including PR, in accordance with design and product vision and business objectives.
  • Lead the retail concept and content creation, development, and implementation, including managing external creative agencies and budgets.
  • Develop the go-to-market and launch strategies, ensuring correct priorities and focus, including asset development and key media selection.
  • Regular review and management of all marketing KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the global brand and marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement the brand identity and communication strategy for all online, offline, and CRM channels.
  • Lead the retail concept and content creation, development, and implementation.
  • Develop the go-to-market and launch strategies.
  • Regular review and management of all marketing KPIs and budgets.

Requirements

  • A higher-level degree or equivalent educational experience.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector on either European or Global level.
  • 5+ years in a similar position.
  • Strong brand building experience and digital capabilities.
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in a similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic flair.
  • Ability to travel.
