The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Safety Leadership: Develop and maintain a robust safety culture, ensuring a safe work environment through process control and safety practices.
• Team Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to Shift Managers to ensure high performance and safety standards.
• Supplier Collaboration: Manage suppliers and contractors within your area of responsibility.
• Goal Achievement: Lead the organization in achieving goals and objectives, monitoring progress toward their accomplishment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Process Improvement: Develop working methods, investment plans, and continuous improvements for the department.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee operations to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-controlled processes.
• Culture Building: Foster an innovative and inclusive organizational culture focused on continuous improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Educational Background: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in process production or maintenance, including projects, startups, or commissioning.
• ISO Systems: Experience with ISO systems 9001/14001/45001.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good knowledge of relevant industry regulations, best practices, and compliance standards.
• Process Optimization: Strong understanding of process optimization and lean principles.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with basic Swedish skills considered an advantage.
