- Financial Performance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Improve process efficiency and ensure financial controls.
- International Expansion: Establish financial structures to support international expansion. Optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and unit economics.
- Capital Strategy: Lead fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation efforts. Drive financial modeling, scenario planning, and prepare presentations for investors and boards.
