Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you passionate about driving teams, implementing continuous improvement, and working with cutting-edge technology? Trimble AB is a leading provider of high-tech solutions and is seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Leader to join its team in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of approximately 25 members, including assemblers, team leaders, and production engineers. The key responsibilities include leadership and management, operational excellence, budget and resource management, and process improvement.

Leadership & Management Responsibilities

1. Set and communicate departmental goals.
2. Lead and distribute work within the production section.
3. Ensure team welfare, engagement, and a positive work environment.
4. Conduct employee appraisals, set goals, and assess performance.
5. Coach and provide feedback to team members.

Operational Excellence Responsibilities

1. Drive continuous improvements in line with the Danderyd Operations Lean Program.
2. Measure and follow up on set goals.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and take preventive measures against workplace accidents/incidents.
4. Communicate changes effectively and ensure team alignment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in production, preferably in a leadership position.
• Engineering education or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong interest in people, technology, and group dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proficient in computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
