IT Architecture Director

Job Description:

As a skilled IT/OT Lead Architect at TN Sweden, you will play a crucial role in defining and communicating architectural principles, standards, and strategies to ensure alignment across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define Target Architecture: Establish a target architecture for your area of responsibility, driving business value through strategic technology decisions.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze business needs and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to realize solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Architecture Governance: Review and approve solutions, ensuring adherence to the target architecture and maintaining its integrity.
• Domain Architecture: Lead the work of defining domain architecture, applying your expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least seven years of experience in similar specialist roles in IT, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT architecture, frameworks, and processes.
• Collaboration: Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a structured collaboration model, fostering strong relationships and driving results.
• Documentation: Good ability to document IT architecture, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Technical Expertise: Very good knowledge of ITIL and development methodology, as well as proficiency in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Large Infrastructure Projects: Experience from working in large infrastructure projects, leveraging this expertise to drive success in complex environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication and buy-in from key stakeholders.
