Mars (New) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to play a critical role in protecting the organization from cyber threats. As the EU Lead for our Incident Response team, you will be responsible for leading and executing incident response activities within the European region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute incident response activities, including triage, investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Monitor Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence platforms to stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
  • Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees within the EU region.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity incident response or a Security Operations Center (SOC), including hands-on experience with detection and response tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of common attack vectors and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
  • Proven ability to analyze security logs, network traffic, and other relevant data sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a cybersecurity team.
