We are looking for a highly skilled BI Developer to join our team at A-hub Sweden. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive our digital transformation.

Your primary focus will be on developing advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and solutions, ensuring data quality and security throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-standard tools.
• Manage and enhance ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized repositories.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data through regular audits and validation checks.
• Monitor the performance of BI systems and address issues promptly to ensure reliability and uninterrupted daily operations.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to empower them to leverage BI tools effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, with a focus on front-end solutions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (preferably Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
• Experience in designing and optimizing databases for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Proficiency in managing ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
