Senior Construction

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Construction and Commissioning (C&C) team in developing comprehensive tender proposals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with a strong background in site-related activities, civil construction, and building systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, representing C&C in tender meetings, and ensuring customer requirements are met. Your ability to develop detailed scope and budget documents, as well as your experience with project planning, estimations, and quantity surveying, will be essential in driving our business forward.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, proficiency in English, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and 3D-modelling is a plus. We value commitment, respect for deadlines, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive tender proposals, including cost estimates and scope documentation.
• Represent C&C in tender meetings and discussions with subcontractors/partners.
• Ensure customer, company, and country-specific requirements are considered.
• Develop detailed scope and budget documents for customers.
• Keep C&C management updated throughout the tender phase, leading constructability sessions and presenting strategies and budgets.
• Adhere to available processes and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Your Background:

• Experience working with site-related activities, such as civil construction, building systems, installation, project management, planning, estimations, and quantity surveying.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and 3D-modelling is a plus.
