A Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for HID's Authentication Business Unit within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions sector. This role involves collaborating with corporate marketing teams to ensure successful execution in alignment with the BU business strategy. The specialist will work closely with digital engagement, product marketing, and sales teams across the Business Unit.

As Our Marketing Communications Specialist, You'll:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies in collaboration with marketing communications, product marketing, digital engagement, and sales teams.
  • Review and enhance nurture and primary email campaigns to improve inbound engagement.
  • Coordinate events, tradeshows, and product launches with corporate event and product marketing teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including engagement metrics, lead quality, and pipeline generation, to increase ROI and quality opportunities.
  • Create and manage landing pages, social content, webinar presentations, videos, sales templates, and scripts.
  • Support webpage optimization and recommend keyword and copy improvements.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual strategic campaign plans.
  • Handle daily administrative duties, including purchase order and invoice processing.
  • Manage daily lead data management and list imports as part of standard processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and external agencies.

Your Experience and Background Include:

  • BA/BS degree in digital marketing, marketing, or marketing communications.
  • 2 to 4 years of related marketing experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, project management tools, and budget management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Previous experience in the software or banking and financial services industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (>10%).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and data clearly in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences.
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful promotional campaign content, marketing emails, social content, search marketing, and webpages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members, product management, sales, and customers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiasm about enhancing analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Strong understanding and experience with different marketing channels relevant to a B2B business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive program goals.
