Business Information Security Officer

Alfa Laval is seeking a Business Information Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Group Information Security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our business and making a significant impact on security and risk management across the Alfa Laval Group.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate and interact regularly with Value Streams and Business Units to ensure information security is addressed appropriately.
- Act as the center of competence for information security, supporting Value Stream and Business Unit management teams on cyber security awareness, aligning business strategy with information security strategy, and enabling business growth.
- Identify, assess, and report information security risks within assigned Value Streams and Business Units, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and local procedures comply with customer requirements, laws, and regulations.
- Interact with service providers, key stakeholders, and personnel from various functions, including application development, operations, network, and privacy teams.
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science degree or demonstrable experience, who is fluent in English and has a professional security qualification, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. You should be able to quickly understand complex problems and focus on the most important aspects, enjoying collaboration with stakeholders to provide solutions to security challenges.
