Din expertis inom dessa områden kommer att spela en central roll i vår organisations informationshantering.

Du kommer att arbeta med SAP DMS och säkerställa att våra dokumentationsprocesser följer branschstandarder och regulatoriska krav. I rollen kommer du även att delta i projektmöten och bidra med expertis inom dokumentationshantering.

Några av dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

  1. Ansvara för att skapa, uppdatera och underhålla teknisk dokumentation för våra projekt och anläggningar.
  2. Administrera och säkerställa att dokumentationsrutiner fungerar och är tillgängliga.
  3. Utföra mindre ritningsändringar i digitala filer.

Kravspecifikation

För att lyckas i rollen som ingénieur de documentation technique krävs:

  • Universitetsexamen eller motsvarande utbildning inom relevant område.
  • Några års erfarenhet av teknisk dokumentationshantering.
  • Goda kunskaper i relevanta programvaror och verktyg ex. Excel, SAP DMS, CAD.
  • Stark kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att arbeta självständigt såväl som i team.
