Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the project administration team in providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure efficient project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
  2. Assisting with preparing project reports.
  3. Helping track project timelines.
  4. Managing project documentation, including quality documentation.
  5. Supporting procurement and logistics efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingualism in Chinese and English (with suppliers from China).
  • Familiarity with construction documentation processes for municipal final inspections. Knowledge of identifying missing documents and adherence to regulations, particularly in quality control aspects.
  • Understanding of chemicals and chemical engineering experience (given the industrial nature of the project).
  • Excellent communication skills and international work experience.
  • Self-motivation and ability to complete tasks on time.
