The Immunodiagnostics Division is a key contributor to our success, developing and marketing complete blood test systems to support clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases.

Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, providing finance and business partnering leadership to the IDD Operations team. This role will lead a finance team and serve as the primary business partner for the VP Operations and Senior Director QARA.

In this critical position, you will ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting, consistent with USGAAP and local requirements. Additionally, you will provide valuable decision support, identify operational improvement opportunities, and develop a strong finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment on key financial goals.
  • Develop and lead analytical methods for exploratory and explanatory business insights.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases for key Operations investments.
  • Provide financial support in the execution phase of projects.
  • Support productivity improvement programs to enhance efficiency.
  • Streamline financial and operational processes to reduce costs.
  • Manage standard price setting annual processes.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, CMA) and/or MBA strongly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience in a large global company, preferably in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people.
  • Proficient at understanding and communicating financial implications of business decisions.
