Role Overview
Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with customers, optimizing sales, new product development, and promotions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. You will drive results by meeting field KPIs and hitting annual objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising techniques to maximize visual impact and shelf availability.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- Place point-of-buy materials effectively and track their implementation.
- Provide regular reports on activities and performance.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical skills, and prior sales experience preferably in FMCG/CPG.
