We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to join our team at SEB. As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our IT assets, including licenses and software. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a keen understanding of data analytics and ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our IT asset catalog, ensuring that all assets are properly documented and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement processes for license and software management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address IT asset-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to license managers and software owners, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to manage their assets effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management, and implement new technologies and processes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of IT software management and DORA understanding.
  • Several years of experience in IT asset management or a related field.
  • Relevant ITSM tool experience and a good understanding of handling licensing agreements.
  • Ability to support both strategic agendas and process development for the area.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that the changes needed are committed by all responsible units.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.
  • Plus to possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM.
