We are seeking an Investment Associate to join our dynamic investment team at Valedo Partners. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the investment process, from identifying and evaluating potential investments to actively supporting and developing our portfolio companies.

You will have early exposure to deal execution, giving you the opportunity to rapidly develop your skills and knowledge in a highly stimulating environment. You will conduct market analysis, perform financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation of target companies, and prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Areas of Focus:

  1. Investment Research: Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, create models, and evaluate the feasibility of investments.
  3. Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.
  4. Strategic Initiatives: Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including add-on acquisitions.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Strong academic background with a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: 6-24 months of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
