In this exciting role as an Engineering Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the MEP Manager in planning and executing daily tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and control systems. To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Main Tasks:
  • Assist the MEP Manager in planning and coordinating daily tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Coordinate MEP design between client designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and civil/building works teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with design specifications.
  • Monitor MEP installations to guarantee they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure the quality and safety of MEP systems, documenting findings in detailed As-Built reports.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, assist in MEP procurement, and participate in site meetings and toolbox talks to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
  • Support the commissioning team during handover of MEP works, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with project goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record of working with MEP systems and construction processes, preferably in the construction industry or on large infrastructure projects.
  • Fluent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages such as Swedish or German is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of coordinating multiple trades and ensuring quality, safety, and timeline compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and reporting is highly desirable.
