Dina uppgifter

I rollen som Hållbarhetsrapportör kommer du att rapportera till Chief Sustainability Officer och ansvara för rapportering och framtagande av ESG-nyckeltal inom hållbarhetsområdet. Du kommer att arbeta med att följa upp bolagets hållbarhetsmål och initiativ samt att löpande utvärdera och ta fram förslag för vilka ramverk och standarder Castellum ska följa.

Dina ansvarsområden

• Ta fram analys av siffror för att visualisera bolagets utveckling inom hållbarhet

• Vidareutveckla Castellums arbete med hållbarhetsrisker

• Utveckla bolagets väsentlighetsanalys

• Samordna bolagets klimatberäkningar för verksamheten och för enskilda projekt

• Utveckla systematiska processer för att kunna göra hållbarhetsutvärderingar av leverantörer

• Medverka i nätverk och forum samt omvärldsbevakning och extern benchmark

• Vidareutveckla mätstruktur, nyckeltal och mål inom energiområdet ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv

Dina kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet inom hållbarhetsrapportering eller hållbarhetsrevision. Du har jobbat med intern kontroll och årsredovisning från ett hållbarhetsperspektiv och har tidigare arbetat med hållbarhetsstandarder såsom GRI EPRA sBPR, GRI, TCFD, EU's taxonomiförordning och CSRD.

Dina förutsättningar

• Relevant akademisk utbildning

• Erfarenhet inom styrning, analys och beslutsstöd

• Flytande i både engelska och svenska

Om anställningen

Anställningen är ett vikariat på heltid under ett år med start i november/december. En konsultanställning på ett år kan också vara möjlig. Vi ser helst att placeringen är i Göteborg, men även Stockholm eller andra orter i landet kan vara tänkbara.
