Buyer for Altris

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Altris in Uppsala. As a key member of our Raw Materials department, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials for our innovative sodium-ion battery technology.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and evaluating suppliers, managing their performance, and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with our company standards. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging raw materials to strengthen our procurement strategies.

You will work closely with our R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure that materials meet product specifications, regulatory standards, and company goals. Additionally, you will assess and manage risks in the supply chain, including geopolitical risks and material shortages, to ensure stable sourcing without compromising quality.
