About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading and engaging retailer teams and managers with our unique vision. You will be a dynamic and inspirational artist who is a true coach, helping to develop teams on artistry, product knowledge, and our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your manager.
  • Coach retailer teams to sell our products and achieve weekly sales and KPI targets.
  • Facilitate mini events in store to promote our brand experience and magic service while delivering sales.
  • Support visual merchandising, product layout, VM standards, testers, stock, and feedback to your line manager.
Commercial Responsibilities
  • Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered, even when you're not around, by embedding the magic service methodology. Build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers.
  • Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year, considering new product launches and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade.
  • Devise and deliver a compelling eventing plan for all of the doors in your area.
  • Share sales and KPI results with your line manager every week.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Work and liaise with retailer teams to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Flag issues on stock levels to the store management and your line manager.
  • Execute flawless visual merchandising and standards on a daily basis.
