- Contributing to the development of new educational programs in mechanical engineering with a focus on innovative product development
- Doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, product development, or a related field
- Documented experience in research collaboration with academic and industrial partners
- Strong teaching skills and experience in supervision and examination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
