Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct product vision, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, requirement definition, product roadmap planning, sprint planning, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create the BRS document based on feasibility outcome.
  • Advise and mentor diverse teams, providing guidance on application and integration development best practices and technical product assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-15 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation.
  • Sound knowledge of the telecom industry.
  • At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • Strong experience in capturing requirements from various business stakeholders and providing the best possible way of delivering the same.
  • Proficient in working with design procedures and delivery teams to ensure timely availability of necessary business information for critical decision-making.
  • Sound knowledge of business processes of CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM in the Communications Cloud.
