As a key member of our team, you will work in a DevOps model to implement/expand ServiceNow modules ITSM, HR, and IRM for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in a ServiceNow developer/support role, strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and/or IRM module, and good knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation. Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement/expand ServiceNow modules ITSM, HR, and IRM for our customers.
  • Implement/modify integrations using REST API or Integration Hub.
  • Explain and present new ideas and solutions to our customers.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solutions based on ServiceNow.
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • A few years of experience in a ServiceNow developer/support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and/or IRM module.
  • Good knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
