Our company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Digital Experience teams in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Deliver a consultative approach to selling; taking time to understand the prospect's business needs before recommending a solution.
  • Achieve quality pipeline and other metrics such as Inbound lead follow-up and outbound account engagement metrics.
  • Create a territory plan for your key account executives and their accounts.
  • Research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate need.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to build sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Route prospects and current customers to appropriate colleagues to assist in solving problems and driving value. Nurture and provide education on areas of interest for under-informed customers.
  • Setup, attend, and run 1st level qualification meetings with customers prior to passing it on to relevant Account Executive and Solution Consultants.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Solution Consultant teams to further qualify and generate pipeline.
  • Update CRM, Outreach, and other tools to ensure logging of key history and ensuring a smooth hand-off to the Account Executive.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to run and assist in performing lead generation campaigns and follow-up on leads.
  • Run outbound campaigns to ensure a balanced pipeline built across territories.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to BDR organization to ensure continuous process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in Sales/Business Development in a SaaS context, ideally engaging with enterprise clients.
  • Confirmed sales skills delivering inbound and outbound experiences and building positive relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Experience running all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Self-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand sophisticated business problems and translate customers' needs into solution plays.
  • Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and experience with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  • Teammate with ability to work well with multiple partners across sales, marketing, and solution teams.
  • Full fluency in both Swedish and English are a must. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
