The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading mechanical and electrical maintenance in a critical or data centre environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep technical knowledge.
- Own and lead the delivery of technical and engineering standards on site
- Ensure that critical facilities within the Data Centre are operating to defined high standards
- Act as Senior Authorised Person for HV
- In the event of incidents, undertake root cause analysis / post problem review and liaise closely with client and CBRE technical experts
Key responsibilities include owning and leading the delivery of technical and engineering standards on site, ensuring critical facilities are operating to defined high standards, acting as Senior Authorised Person for HV, and undertaking root cause analysis / post problem review in the event of incidents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training technical staff, developing and maintaining Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring method statements and risk assessments are developed and available for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices, and acting as client interface to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of technical systems and processes.
