We're seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our global support team and help drive support efficiency through expert troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. About the Job

As a Helpdesk Technician at Telavox, you will work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our products. You'll engage directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, ensure seamless experiences, and develop comprehensive knowledge resources.

  • Drive Technical Resolutions: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement effective solutions that address emerging customer needs.
  • Ensure Timely Resolutions: Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Knowledge Resources: Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases to empower our support teams and enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote open communication and collaboration between teams to drive support efficiency, product reliability, and overall customer success.

This role involves occasional on-call responsibilities and opportunities to grow professionally within our innovative work environment. You'll join a diverse team of experts dedicated to delivering exceptional support experiences.

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, with at least 1-2 years in technical support or customer service.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software or Telecom industries, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals and promote a positive, proactive approach to support.
