Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security Advisory Unit, you will play a vital role in protecting and de-risking the bank. Your expertise will be instrumental in maturing our cyber security posture, safeguarding customer data and assets, and ensuring we stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert cybersecurity and risk advisory services to our Cyber Security leaders and IT teams.
- Develop and implement a robust security framework for collaborating with projects on information security topics and requirements.
- Assess, identify, and implement new information security controls on various projects across the bank.
- Review and enhance the effectiveness of existing information security controls.
- Perform gap analyses of our adherence to information security control frameworks, with a focus on NIST.
- Conduct risk management activities, from initial identification to assessment and mitigation.
- Review and update existing guidelines and instructions to ensure they meet the latest security standards.
- Represent Cyber Security in risk assessment tracks and major vendor assessments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with various Information Security disciplines.
- Proven ability to identify and address risks before they become issues.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role or consulting company.
- Ambitious and self-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
