We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts in Gavle, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Conduct quality control inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in mechanical QAQC, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role.
- Academic and/or trades qualifications in mechanical discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with quality control software and tools.
