Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aftermarket Manager to lead our aftermarket and service operations in Europe, the Middle East, SE Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, technical sales, and spares sales, with experience in exporting products internationally and working with agents abroad. Proficiency in German is desirable, but not required.
The Senior Aftermarket Manager will be responsible for driving all areas of the business to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, focusing on improving the customer experience through efficient processes, effective communication, and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback, assisting clients in resolving issues and complaints, building good working relationships with clients, and monitoring contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and helping process renewals.
The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
