We are passionate about quality and believe that it is essential to our success. That's why we're seeking a skilled Quality Controller to join our team. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with experience in conducting inspections, documenting quality issues, and communicating with suppliers and internal teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigating and resolving quality issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers, production, and engineering departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing quality processes, procedures, and documentation as required.
  • Promoting a positive HSSEQ culture within the organization.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in quality control or a similar technical discipline.
  • Proven workshop/inspection experience with tools such as micrometers and verniers.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems (Glovia preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of Quality Management Software systems.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 standards and quality control interactions.
  • Knowledge of certification and documentation requirements (proficiency desirable).
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Swedish.
