- Your Impact:
- Support Global Operations: Act as a key point of contact for learning content designers and producers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure effective usage across the organisation.
- Drive Product and Platform Optimisations: Identify and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the authoring tools.
- Manage Requests and Releases: Manage access requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and coordinate release management processes, including collaborating with the community lead to communicate and plan for training for new features.
