About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FSQA Manager to join our team at HelloFresh in Bjuv, Sweden. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality coordinators to ensure compliance with HelloFresh standards, BRC Storage and Distribution requirements, HACCP principles, and Food Safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to manage food safety and quality from inbounding to dispatch.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve quality and reduce errors.
  • Work closely with international FSQA teams to adopt and implement strategic projects locally.
  • Analyze error data to identify trends and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Support investigations of Serious Food Safety complaints for the Nordics.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Food Science or similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production site.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working in a GMP facility and familiarity with HACCP principles is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
