As a Business Controller, you'll be part of a collaborative team that delivers strategic financial insights and decision-making support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and follow up on financial performances, including ad-hoc tasks, to drive business growth and alignment.
  • Execute month-end closing activities and assist in year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with business teams and line managers across Sweden to ensure financial alignment and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and prepare budget and forecast processes, driving precision and accuracy in financial planning.
  • Provide robust analytical support and reporting to management on all financial matters, influencing business operations and success.

About You

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
