1. BSc or MSc degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of relevant work experience within ramp-up and improvement of mass production lines.
3. Experience in Ultra Sonic Welding.
4. Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production factory, preferably following six sigma principles.
