Job Overview:

A client requires ongoing support for its CRM system to enhance communication and stakeholder tracking across multiple operational branches. We need a consultant to manage and maintain the system solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various departments utilizing the CRM system.
  • Provide training and support to staff on system usage.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the business to configure, customize, and develop CRM functionalities.
  • Conduct minor development tasks within the CRM system.
  • Manage CRM data, including imports, exports, cleaning, and merging.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the client's CRM system and offer advice on its future development.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hold a Competence Level 4 qualification (9–12 years).
  • Specify the consultant's start date availability.
  • Possess documented expertise in Ungapped or similar marketing tools (e.g., newsletters, invitations, events, registration forms, surveys).
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Power Pages.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in maintaining (both technically and functionally) CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Show fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
