We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at IVL Svenska Miljöinstitutet. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality and accreditation initiatives that align with our environmental sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Management System
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system that meets ISO 9001 standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17029/17065 accreditation standards
- Manage eligibility status against ISO 14025 and other relevant standards
- Contribute to environmental thought leadership in the field of material/product quality and accreditation
- Develop and maintain expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, environmental science, or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or accreditation
- Certification in quality control (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 17029) is a strong advantage
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous
- Ability to promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and feedback
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
