Vi söker en erfaren Release Manager som vill jobba tillsammans med oss för att förverkliga en av våra kunders komplexa lösningar. Vi letar efter dig som har jobbat några år med utveckling av mjukvara, som har erhållit insikt i hur ett mjukvarusläpp planeras, koordineras och exekveras.

Uppdraget

Du kommer att ha en bred och spännande roll som Release Manager och du blir en stöttepelare i alla de olika problemställningarna kunden har. Du kommer kontinuerligt stöta på utmaningar som är svåra att förutse, och som ankare i teamet är du avgörande i hanteringen av dessa. Techstacken och mjukvaruprodukten varierar beroende på kund och projekt, vilket möjliggör avancemang både på bredden och höjden.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Planering - tillsammans med produktägare, projektledare och testledare skapa en release plan som innehåller både mål, ett tydligt scope och viktiga milstolpar.
  • Koordinering - agera spindeln i nätet mellan berörda team, koordinera och facilitera aktiviteter, samt se till att alla har samsyn och jobbar mot samma mål och leveranser.
  • Riskmitigering - Identifiera potentiella buggar, risker och beroenden som kan påverka mjukvarureleasen samt om möjligt minimera eller eliminera eventuella störningar.
  • Kommunikation - Håll stakeholder informerade och uppdaterade gällande senaste statusen på mjukvarureleasen samt adressera eventuella frågor.
  • Driftsättning - Se till att mjukvarureleaser blir tillgängliga för samtliga miljöer (QA, produktion, osv) samt se till att processen är väl dokumenterad och följer de direktiv och riktlinjer som satts upp.
  • Dokumentation - Säkerställa att dokumentationen är uppdaterad och innehåller nödvändig information för att säkersätta tydlighet, spårbarhet och användarvänlighet.
  • Förbättringsarbete - kontinuerligt evaluera nuvarande releaseprocess och identifiera potentiella förbättringsmöjligheter. Kontinuerligt jobba med effektivisering genom att samla in information från stakeholders och annan berörd personal.
Vad du behöver ha

Som person är du driven av teknisk innovation och problemlösning, men samtidigt skall du vara en god kommunikatör och lyssnare. Du behöver kunna lyssna in för att sedan kunna föra konstruktiva dialoger med dina kollegor, samtidigt som du kan agera ledare och förgrundsfigur gentemot stakeholders när så krävs. Du känner dig trygg i dina tekniska kunskaper (även om du inte vet allt) och du delar gärna med dig av dem till övriga teamet. Du lutar dig mot dina tidigare erfarenheter och använder dessa för att kunna ta välgrundade beslut när vägen framåt är oviss.

Vad du har med dig
  • BSc eller MSc inom Data, Mjukvara, Elektro, Mekatronik, eller liknande.
  • Jobbat 7+år med mjukvaruutveckling och har en god förståelse för både utveckling, testning, versionshantering, och processen för att släppa mjukvara i storskaliga organisationer.
  • Du har tidigare jobbat med ledarskap inom mjukvaruorganisationer.
  • Du är en god kommunikatör, som brinner för att nätverka.
  • Du har från tidigare roller erfarenhet av planering, organisering, koordination och uppföljning.
  • Flera års erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin.
Meriterande

Erfarenhet av diagnostikverktyg för tunga fordon, erfarenhet från språk som C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, jobbat Agilt i någon form, jobbat som Release Manager, Configuration Manager, Project/Product Manager, eller liknande inom fordonsindustrin.
